Icarly tickling question?

The other day my kids were watching icarly when sam started tickling Spencer on his feet for a minute and half loving every second of it. I had a daughter 14 and two boys 12 and 8 I said is this bad behavior later on I found my daughter and her brother ticking their little brother on his bare feet and they won't let go they tickled him for about 5 mins till he peed his pants.
