Tampax pearl or kotex u?

I'm going to lake Powell for a week and I'm going to be on my period but I'm worried I will leak? We spend most of the day in the water? I usually use supers but I have to change them every 3 or 4 hrs. So I wanted to get super plus just incase? All they had the size in was kotex? I'm a little worried cause I usually use tampax??? Should I be ok?
