Does anyone know of a black and white musical with female dancer, aboard a ship, being tossed and then caught?

I saw a black and white musical film on TCM a few months ago with a single female dancer being tossed at great distances by male dancers. She was tossed across the stage different ways, at different heights and being caught on the other side by another group of men. They were all dressed like sailors and seemed to be aboard a ship, or possibly a theater set resembling a ship. I ask around and I was told the dancer could possibly be Eleanor Powell. Because her films are very hard to come by to see if I could possibly find the scene/film, I was hoping someone has an idea of the scene and film its from.
