I have a problem? Please help?

Ok so my family and I go to lake Powell every year for a week. This year I am most likely going to be on my period the whole entire time. We are out on the lake for most of the day. I'm just wondering is there any way that I could make my period come early, or make it be lighter. I wear tampons but the first few days are heavy. I am allready using supers??? What should I do I don't want to sit back at camp all day, then people will know something is up?
