Why do some conservatives and some liberals get cheap haircuts?

Don't say there is no difference between a cheap and expensive haircut. There is. Despite what some may think, cheap haircuts do not look "fine." I go to the same stylist that does Colin Powell's hair. My haircut costs $65 (not including tip) and is worth every penny.
