I plan to go SF. Can I walk from Powell BART station to Fisherman's Wharf?

If you are in reasonable health, it is an easy walk at a leisurely pace. I recommend going along Grant Avenue and then Columbus Avenue. There are no hills but some grades that can be traversed without much great effort.
