How can i get rid of acne fast!!!!!!?

so my acne has gotten good, but i just got back from lake powell and it broke out bad! like all around my chin and for head, i also have to go to school tomorrow and deal with it! is there anyway i could help it soon or atlest make it better to cover it up with makeup.
